![]() ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We purchased our first boxer in 1994 her name is Pebbles. Pebbles became her daddy’s little girl so I set out to find myself a buddy, it didn’t take long. I purchased a flashy fawn male and named him Patton. I struck gold the day I purchased Patton, as my life will never be the same. He showed me what the term man/woman’s best friend meant. Boxers are very loyal, loving dogs. They are wonderful with children. But,they are not for everyone. They require a lot of love and attention. We started showing in 1997 with the professional help of Medley H. Small Cinnrhee boxers. Medley lives in Canada and didn’t think twice about showing my natural eared dog Patton. Canada has a standard written for both cropped and natural ears. The American standard has just been rewritten to allow for both. Medley has since finished Patton and several other dogs for me; they may be viewed on the pages to follow. I would like to thank her very much for all her mentoring and loving care she has provided us along the way. I would also like to thank Cyndi Fowler-(Fowler’s Boxers) for allowing me to purchase Parker my first American Champion and Savanna my foundation bitch. Cyndi too has mentored and shared many a good time with us. "I could tell you the story of my life through the dogs I have loved. I could tell you the story of the losses in my life through their deaths. Dogs come into our lives to teach us about love and loyalty. They depart to teach us about loss. We try to replace them, but never quite succeed. A new dog never replaces an old dog; it merely expands the heart. If you have loved many dogs, your heart is very big."
